Welcome to our cozy Cape Cod cottage in West Yarmouth’s desirable Lewis Bay area. This classic summer retreat sleeps up to 3 guests and is best for a couple, two friends, or a small family with older children. The main level has a full bed, and upstairs has two twin beds. Enjoy mini-split A/C, beach days, rinsing off, grilling dinner, and easy Cape Cod evenings close to Lewis Bay, Route 28 attractions, mini golf, ice cream, and Hyannis. The space You are booking a classic Cape Cod cottage that has welcomed summer vacationers for more than 70 years. We love its original details, including the knotty pine cabinets crafted by the original owners and the beautiful vintage porcelain sink. If you enjoy older cottages with character, charm, and modern conveniences, this is a special place to stay. Outside, there is a sweet sitting area where guests can enjoy breakfast, morning coffee, or a quiet evening while listening to the birds. Please note that the upstairs sleeping area is an open attic-style space without a door. Guests must climb older cottage stairs to access the second sleeping area. Guest access Guests have access to the entire cottage and yard. For safety, guests may not enter or explore the crawl space under the cottage. This area is not part of the rental and should remain closed at all times. A $100 fee may be charged if this rule is not followed. Other things to note We love sharing our cottage with guests. This is not a hotel or a property managed by a large company. It is our family’s special Cape Cod place, and we are grateful to share it with others. The cottage is older, simple, and full of character. We make thoughtful improvements each year while trying to preserve the charm that makes it feel like a true Cape Cod cottage.
