Welcome to our Studio Apartment on Historic Columbia Street. We offer a spacious second floor loft, supplying beach towels, towels, shampoo, soaps, conditioner, linens, blankets, 2 bikes, 2 beach chairs, umbrella, 2 beach tags. Centrally located 2 blocks from the beach and in the middle of all the shopping and dining. We want you to show up, un pack and relax. This is a Couples Retreat and a nice “quiet”place to relax and unwind, we ask our guests to be respectful of the space. Street Parking The space 2nd Floor Studio Apartment. Full kitchen with mini gas stove and cook top, microwave, mini fridge, full sized sink. Full bathroom with stand up shower and washer. The living space has a great open feel with tons of natural light form the 2 walls of windows overlooking historic Columbia Street. This is a quiet place to come relax and unwind. 2 soft chairs, a sofa, a 2 person table to eat at, tv. Street Parking Only non metered spots in the street. Guest access Street Parking only in a non metered area. All beach supplies and bikes are kept in a shared garage under the unit. We can generally deliver a much earlier check in time and will deliver door code once the unit is cleaned. In order to do this we ask that checkout is prompt at 11 our cleaners are generally there shortly after. Other things to note Street parking only there is a driveway it is for the other units use only. Non metered parking spots are all around free parking there is a free lot also on Lafayette Street by the elementary field
