The A/C system is a ductless split which is a very quiet and cools great.For your convenience, we offer a full kitchen, with a variety of small appliances if needed. The refrigerator/ freezer has a built in ice maker The space Our condo is front row with Fantastic Ocean Views & Epic Sunsets. When in season watch the whales from the front lanai. There is a private Lanai off the master bedroom. If the need arises there is a small work station with computer and printer in the space. Complex amenities are BBQs, 2 pools w/spas and tennis courts.
