A unique entry code will be sent automatically via Augusta before check-in. For security, even the owner does not know your code. 🚗 Parking Parking Instructions & Strict Policy • Placement: All vehicles must be parked directly beside the manufactured home, right up against the deck. • Keep Driveway Clear: Do not block the main driveway. Vehicles must be tucked in close to the deck to allow for through-traffic. • No Street Parking: Street parking is strictly prohibited. • Enforcement: Any vehicles parked on the street, or more than the allowed 2–3 vehicles, will be towed immediately. • Termination: Violation of these parking instructions will result in you being kicked out immediately with no refund. 📍 Location & Safety Located in a quiet, safe area near Dow, Shintech, and other industry sites. Groceries, gas stations, and restaurants are nearby.
