Cozy bedroom in the middle of Allston

We are renting out the guest bedroom in our small Allston townhouse. Cozy, newly renovated bedroom with a queensize bed, and plenty of closet space. Right across the park and playground, a short walking distance to numerous bars, restaurants and grocery stores, as well as public transportation. The space We have recently renovated the whole interior, so your bedroom is freshly renovated as well. Our renovations haven't reached the bathrooms yet, though! So please excuse the 60's style tiles, we're hoping to update them soon (but don't worry, it's not a construction site either!). In the meantime, we're reducing the price a bit. During your stay I will be around during your stay. As a PhD student, I am relatively busy but also relatively flexible with my hours, so I may work from home or be at Boston University depending on the day of the week. My wife Simone is usually working from home or traveling. Since we do work from home a lot, we appreciate quiet and clean guests. Our place is ideal for people on business trips or conference guests at one of the nearby universities (Harvard Business School, Boston University, Boston College).
