ARTISTIC LOFT ON AUDUBON PARK

Charming loft apartment in beautiful, peaceful neighborhood located directly on Audubon Park. Steps away from the Zoo, Mississippi River Park ("The Fly"), tennis courts, horse stables. Blocks from Magazine St. and St. Charles, conveniently located near street car and bus stop which will bring you directly to theFrench Quarter. Private entrance with balcony view of Audubon Park. Your hosts will happily recommend restaurants and pouts of interest around the neighborhood. The space After the wooden garden gate you’ll walk up a spiral staircase to the private deck and entrance of the apartment. A large old door leads into the living room area and a nice size kitchen, equipped with stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, fridge, etc. On the other side of an old fireplace is the bedroom with a queen bed and a flat screen TV. Our unique interior walls consist of large old barge boards. Along the walls are bookshelves with a few hundred books. The generous bathroom has a well functioning shower (no bath) across from the skylight, a double winged mirror above the sink and plenty of space for towels and all your needs. Central air, heat and ceiling fans keep the temperature comfortable. Guest access You will have normal access to the living space but please be respectful of the personal items that belong to the hosts.
