Ponderonian Paradise; 1 Bdrm Suite

Experience Nature’s Beauty, while being minutes to Boston, New Hampshire, Maine & Rhode Island. Close to I95, Rt. 93 & 495. This central location only 18 miles North of Boston, is a beautiful commuter community, a few miles to commuter rail in Reading & N. Wilmington. Walking trails in Avis Lands behind home & Harold Parker State forest. Catch a fish in Beautiful Martin’s Pond yards from home. Kayak or just watch the sun rise & set sitting on the shore. The space You will stay in a private suite, which has a dedicated entrance for our guests. The suite consists of a large bedroom (14x23 feet) with King size bed with an orthopedic mattress for extra sleeping comfort, spa like bathroom containing gorgeous tile & granite finishes (rain shower, hand held spray & 4 body sprays). The suite is on the 2nd floor far right of our home, over the dining room that contains your separate entrance. The hosts spend the majority of their time in the family room which is to the far left of the home & we have separate stairs that lead to our master’s bedroom suite above our added family room. The home is an oversized cape with 2 additions & there is in excess of 22 feet between our main home that contains your private entrance & our family room that is on the opposite side of the home. We are very quiet, you will not hear us, unless we are in the kitchen (not offered to guests) & we will not hear you. For those that like to travel light & aren’t fussy about shampoo, conditioner & body wash, the guests are provided those amenities. In addition to your spacious private bedroom, your own entrance (front door, which is salmon colored) opens to a dining/sitting area to our home. This area is supplied with assortments of keurig coffees, as well as a variety of teas. There is a stainless steel grill available on the property for guest use, in addition to a microwave, toaster oven, air fryer & and George Forman grill for guest use in the dining room. . If you had the need to do laundry at the house arrangements could be made for a small fee. There are no laundry facilities in town. Should you have a party of 4 people, there is an additional bedroom across the hall containing a queen size bed & is available upon request for an additional fee. This room will only be rented to people of the same party renting Ponderonian Paradise private suite. Guest access The guests will utilize our front door (salmon color) & enter our dinning room, where the stairs are to utilize upstairs bedroom & bath. A small dorm style fridge is located in the guest quarters. A Microwave, toaster oven & air fryer are available available to guests in the dining area, as well as a Keurig coffee maker for coffee & tea is in the dining room. Coffee & tea provided by hosts. During your stay There most likely will be someone on the premises at all times. However, it is a spacious home & we spend most of our time in our family room, which is not near guest quarters, so if guests do require assistance they will need to call or text us on our cell phones. On a rare occasion, the guests may not meet us, do to work schedule & other obligations. We will interact with guests as much or little as our guests prefer or our schedule allows. Other things to note We have 2 DOGS & our animals are not allowed in guests quarters/area, therefore allergen exposure should be minimal. PLEASE do NOT allow any "visitors" in your room, should any dog get into the dining area contact the host IMMEDIATELY, so the dog can be removed. However, there is a dog & gate (for added security) & dining room door to ensure the dogs cannot get into the guest areas. Guests are not allowed beyond the dining room doors. The guest quarters are kept animal free, however in the event a service animal stays with us the room gets a deep cleaning including carpet steam cleaned, all drapes & linens washed, so not to cause any allergen exposure to other guests. We appreciate our privacy & provide our guest with theirs, we appreciate our guests respecting this request.
