Enjoy a tranquil holiday in our well equipped private retreat... We have tried to think of everything so you can relax. It is centrally located between warm sunny beaches and cool mountain hikes. You're just minutes from popular downtown Kailua-Kona, food, shopping & ocean sunsets. Come visit Hawaii island style and soak it all in. The space We are less than 10 miles from Kona Intl. Airport and only two miles from beaches and town at 700 ft elevation for some island breezes. Our guests tell us they enjoy the convenience of being in town but in a quiet neighborhood. We are just upstairs and able to greet you when you arrive (if requested) and answer any questions but totally respect your space. Your entry is to the left of the drive way follow the lit path around to the back where there is a lush mature yard filled with an aloe garden ,avocados, mac nuts and plumeria trees when in season. Guest access The shared laundry Other things to note We will provide coffee & tea. Also, we have avocado, aloe, & mac nuts that are available to our guests when in season. • Hawaiian-style home with hosts living upstairs and there is another Airbnb rental on the other side of the property •The laundry is shared •Coqui frogs are tiny but noisy so bring some ear plugs if sensitive to sound...they love to sing at night •No smoking on the property •No TV but great wifi for streaming on your device Registration Details TA 085-566-6688-01
