NO PROM KIDS Allowed This cute & clean 1 bedroom second floor condo is located 2 1/2 blocks from beach and Boardwalk with a pool and picnic area. It is the perfect place to spend your vacation. This fully equipped unit has everything you need for a great time at the beach. Stay here for less than the price of a motel room. Renters must bring their bath towels , toilet paper, garbage bags , paper towels, sponges and dish soap etc. Parking is on the street which is not metered The space Must be 25 and older to stay One bedroom with a double bed. Closet for your cloths and small dresser. We provide linens and bath towels. We provide a blanket but can bring your own. Full kitchen Nice comfortable living space with 65 inch TV Wi-Fi Shared Pool Gated complex for privacy Street parking only Towels , toilet paper or paper towels are not provided. Pool is open from Memorial Day till Labor Day. Guest access pool on property and common area 1 picnic tables to eat outside ( suggest to bring beach umbrella to put in picnic table) ******Pool closes after Labor Day ***** Other things to note This is a very special place to me and I really want renters that want to enjoy this condo and take care of it as it is there own . We also do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. No Teenage rentals aloud. No Prom weekend aloud!!! There is also no laundry area.
