Please note: this is an older urban building with character, multiple stairs, no elevator, and some city noise. Fans, sound machines, blackout curtains, and earplugs are provided. The space The loft spills over with boho, chill, artistic energy—designed to inspire creativity and comfort in equal measure. It’s filled with moody, ambient lighting, plush, cozy furniture, and thoughtfully curated details that reflect a love of art, travel, and vintage charm. Large windows offer sweeping views of the Mississippi River and the historic heart of Downtown Burlington. You'll feel like you've stepped into a big-city artist’s loft—only here, you're tucked into the soul of a small, welcoming river town. Whether you're sipping coffee as the sun rises over the water or winding down with a book in the warm glow of lamplight, this space invites you to slow down, settle in, and feel at home. Guest access We have free street parking and a large parking space behind the building Other things to note Please Read Before Booking: Important Information About This Loft 🚫 No Elevator Access: This is a second-floor walk-up apartment. There are many stairs and no elevator, which may not be suitable for all guests. 🖼️ Bold Artwork & Decor: The loft features a variety of expressive artwork and decor, some of which may not align with certain religious beliefs or personal preferences. Please consider this before booking. 🚫 Not Ideal for Young Children: Some artwork may be considered inappropriate for children. This space is curated with adults in mind. 🚂 Urban Location & Noise Disclosure: The loft is located at the intersection of two busy streets and near a train track. While there is a "no train horn ordinance" in place, city sounds are to be expected. We provide a white noise machine, earplugs, a fan, and blackout curtains to help ensure a comfortable night’s sleep. 🏗️ Historic Building in a Growing Downtown: The building is over 100 years old with modern upgrades. You may notice some minor quirks such as brick dust or small leaks. Occasional nearby construction is possible due to downtown development.
