The kitchen, dining area, large open living room, and laundry area complete the first floor level. The living room has a mini split to keep you cool and a TV to keep you entertained. The stairs off the kitchen will bring you to the second level. When you arrive at the top you are greeted with spectacular views of the water and your own private beach. This open space offers a bedroom, large sitting area and a bathroom. There is also a small kitchenet if you want a late night snack without heading down to the main kitchen. Another mini split and a second TV are also located on the second floor. You will love the large deck that overlooks the beautiful private beach!
