You can take the street car directly into the French Quarter in under 5 minutes, or take it the opposite direction and be in City Park and the famous cemetairies in under 5 minutes. Truly the center of the city! You are on the Canal street car line! Right out from of the building you can catch the Canal street which will take you right down to the French Quarter. There are two apartments in the building and a law-office on the ground level.
