Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis on a 1-1/2 acre wooded lot for privacy, quiet and relaxation. This cozy 3BR, 2BA home is ideal for a family or small group of friends. Our large deck invites you outside with eating and lounging spaces, where you can watch nature--including the hummingbirds who visit our feeders. Convenient walk to State Forest walk/bike trails. Short drive to the three down island towns and beaches (OB, VH and ED). We offer ferry tickets for key dates. The space This summer cottage is located in a quiet residential area on a large private wooded lot. The first floor has the master bed room. Second floor has two bedrooms. There are no ensuite bathrooms. Kitchen has all new appliances and is very well stocked with dishware, cooking utensils and new pots and pans for use on the induction stove. There is also a washer and dryer. No pets or smoking allowed. All pillows and linens are hypoallergenic.
