This home is in a quiet neighborhood, at about the halfway point in the Gallatin Canyon between Big Sky and Bozeman. The space This home is a cozy size. It is comfortable for a couple, small family, or a small group of friends. All new, modern amenities await including radiant heated floors in the bathroom and Starlink internet. Comfortably heated and cooled with electric Mini Splits and remote controlled fireplace for those cold winter nights. Make yourself at home for relaxation, or remote work. Guest access You have access to the entire home aside from a locked basement. Other things to note 320 Riverhouse sits on the Gallatin River, right where A River Runs Through It was filmed. Directly across the river is prime access to the Gallatin National Forest via Storm Castle Road. We are located about 30 minutes from the Bozeman airport, and similar travel time to Big Sky. The primary bedroom is on the main floor. It has a queen sized bed. The second bed is a sofa bed in the upstairs loft. The mattress is a little smaller than queen size. Access to the upstairs loft is via a steep, narrow set of stairs with no handrail. Please consider if you have small children.
