We have a 1 bedroom with a twin size foam mattress that sleeps 1 and a full size futon that could sleep 2. Space does not have a stove, but we do provide a toaster oven/air fryer, rice maker, tea maker, coffee maker and a magic bullet for smoothies. The bar area is a unique feature of the space, complete with a ping-pong table and an array of sport channels for you to watch your favorite team. Children live upstairs so please anticipate noise during the day up until quiet time, 10PM and music noise during Friday and Saturday nights from the neighbor during the summer. It's also an old house so you will hear footsteps. This is a semi sub-level unit (basement) Anyone over 6'1 anticipate height obstruction, the ceilings aren't that high and there are certain areas with beams which you'll have to duck.
