You’re looking for a comfortable place to stay while you go out to the Encore or into Boston attend the baseball game, or explore the city of Boston. This is the place for you. You’ll fall in love with the beds! The apartment is on the ground floor of an condominium building. You have one dedicated parking spot. Ask me any question any time! Apartment is a 2 bed 1 bathroom, single level. It's a nice and simple space for a single couple, or 2 adults and 1 child, or 3 adults. You can cook here with a fully functioning electric stove and oven. You will have access to the entire condo. I am always available to reach on the app. However, I work a full time job and host. Since I live close by, in cases I'm available I can come and offer help where necessary. The area you will be staying at is residential and away from the traffic few minutes away. The city has been known for its high school football team and the president of Harvard. There is a beautiful park just 5 minutes down the street called Washington Park. You can go there to relax. You'll some times find a musician playing their guitar there, and some residents just sitting around. There are highly rated local pizza joins just across from the park called Pizza Lovers Inc. and Prattville Pizza and Grill. There is also a Dunkin and a McDonalds on the same street. Ferry St and Broadway is where you can find most of the food places. In fact, Broadway has a restaurant called Oliveira's Steak Bar & Grill. If you're a meatitarian like myself, you will love it there. Pay them a visit. There is paid parking available. Where you will be is a school area. Around 1-2 PM, there are a lot of kids and youngsters leaving, parents picking them up. For that reason, I recommend driving around 10-12 PM or much later. The neighborhood is walkable with plenty of buses, notably, the 112 and 111 bus. The Encore is 9 minutes away by car without traffic. Your own car or walking will be the best options from this location. Getting into Boston is easy from here. The 111 bus stop is a 6 minute walk from your stay. It goes to Haymarket in Boston and connects you directly to the orange line. Haymarket is one of the most convenient locations in Boston. You can go from there to North Station, connect to the green either on foot or with the train. You're also close to the Bowdoin and Government Center train and bus stops.
