Lava Luxury Realty RB-23348 The space When you enter the condo which is on the first floor, you can view the open concept living area which includes a living room with Smart TV and sleep sofa for one, dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen. The lanai is directly off the living room with views of sunset. Directly to the left of the entry is a laundry room which stores some of the beach gear as well. To the right of the entry way is the guest bedroom with twin beds that can be converted to a King upon request, and a guest bathroom with a bath tub/shower. The balance of the beach gear is located in closets outside of this suite. Directly off the living/dining area is the primary bedroom suite with an ensuite bathroom with a shower, 2 closets with plenty of storage space, and a King Bedroom. Both Bedrooms have TV's. Central AC and Ceiling Fans will keep you comfortable in this tropical oasis, as well as, nice linens and towels. Guest access The guests will have access to the space described above as well as 2 car free parking with our designated car port and additional parking space. Guests of Hali'i Kai after checking in at Guest Services and paying the resort fee will have access to the Ocean Club with a heated pool, spa, fitness center, restaurant, bar, grill; as well as, the tennis court, basketball court, and putting green.
