The serene, wooded backyard includes eight outdoor chairs, a firepit and gas grill. Plenty of space and shade to cool down after a long day spent at the beach. The home belongs to the Lawrence Pond Association with deeded rights to a sparkling pond private beach, boat launch, playground, picnic tables and tennis court. The pond is suitable for swimming, fishing and of course a stone skipping contest! Guests will be provided with a pass to these areas.
