The serene, wooded backyard includes eight outdoor chairs, a fire pit, and a gas grill. Plenty of space and shade to cool down after a long day spent at the beach. The home belongs to the Lawrence Pond Association with deeded rights to a sparkling pond private beach, boat launch, playground, picnic tables, and tennis court. The pond is suitable for swimming, fishing, and of course a stone skipping contest! Upon arrival, guests can purchase a pass to these areas for $25/week.
