We use a hospital grade disinfectant for this cleaning. This beautiful studio is newly renovated, I wanted to give it that relaxed Hawaiian beach vibe. It's location is excellent for those who want to enjoy the beauty of the island with comfort and amenities but without the hustle and bustle of the city. Hanauma Bay is only 5 minutes driving. The sunsets are absolutely breath-taking! There is a beautiful park, only 1 block away from the property, there are 3 shopping centers in the Hawaii Kai area. The closest one is about a 5-minute drive away. You can see the famous Koko Head Crater from the beautiful tropical patio about 300 square feet it's a great place to hike, the view from up there is breath taking! You can see the most gorgeous 360 degree view from the top. Our studio space is 255 square feet and fully furnished with high ceilings, high-speed wireless internet, and energy efficient air condition! The queen-size bed has a comfy, high-quality mattress and plenty of pillows to go with it! The kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, cookware, a coffeemaker, taster, stove, microwave and refrigerator. All of the appliances are also brand new and energy efficient. There is a dinner table with 2 leather stools! There are towels, toilet paper, shampoo and body wash in the bathroom. The shower has a wide rain-shower head, I absolutely love the river rock tiling! There is a small flat-screen TV mounted on the wall with cable channels and smart tv options, including Netflix and much more. The washing machine is a new two-in-one system that is also energy efficient as well. Sorry no pets allowed - besides service dog with certificate, the doctors name and phone number, for verification. The patio has 2 bamboo rattan chairs and a round table with a roof above that make it a very enjoyable place to hang out, any time of the day. The patio is 360 square feet, the yard is lush with tropical foliage including banana and papaya trees, bird of paradise and more. You can see the side-view of Koko Head from there while enjoying the mountain breezes, song of birds and during the night- the most sparkliest of stars. Our neighborhood has many different views of the mountains, and each one is breathtaking in its own unique way. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood. A car is recommended for getting around, however there is public transit conveniently located a short walking distance from this lovely studio. Uber is very easy & fast way to get around. It is a walking distance to the park and the beautiful marina. The studio is located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. There are many activities in the area, the nearest shopping center has many restaurants, a supermarket, a massage studio, water-sport center, bars, nail salon, clothing stores and much more. Hanauma Bay is just a few minutes drive from here and so is the beach. Famous Koko Head hike, Light house & few other hikes right around here!
