We’ve stocked the space the way we’d want it: a fully equipped kitchen, thoughtful extras, and comfortable spaces to unwind after a full day. It’s an easy, low-key home base for experiencing Big Sky without overcomplicating it. The space MUST-READ IMPORTANT NOTES: - The front door has a doorbell camera. - Our condo is cozy, 900 square ft. - This is our primary residence in a peaceful neighborhood. We ask that guests respect our quiet home and neighbors, as it's a place for relaxation, not parties. - We do not have a formal dining area. Our unit has a small breakfast bar and portable TV trays. - Please note, the upstairs bedroom and bathroom are open to the rest of the condo. The bathroom features a privacy curtain for your comfort. Due to the host’s family being allergic to animal hair and dander, the listing is strictly allergy-free. There are no exceptions to this rule, as any animal on the property poses a severe health hazard to the host’s family Air Conditioning -- Air conditioning is not common in most Big Sky homes. However, our condo stays very cool throughout the day during the summer. We suggest leaving the sliding glass door and windows closed during the day to keep the cold air in. Opening windows (especially upstairs) at night is best as the outdoor temperature lowers. There is a fan in the upstairs bedroom to circulate the air. Ring Doorbell Camera -- For the safety of our guests and property, we have a doorbell camera installed on the front door that will remain active during guests' stays. If we are notified of any unauthorized guests, pets, and/or parties, we will contact the guest immediately to remedy the situation. Failure to comply may result in the loss of your reservation. Guest access The condo is our primary residence. Guests will have full access to the home, except for a few small storage areas. Other things to note Checkout is at 10:00 AM. A few simple items help us prepare for our next guests: * Please load and start the dishwasher before you leave. * In the summer, kindly put away the reclining deck chairs and close the deck umbrella. * Be sure to close and lock all windows and doors. * One last check! We'd hate for you to leave anything behind. Please do one final sweep of the condo and the outdoor ski locker. * Please place the ski locker padlock and key in the breakfast bar drawer. A $50 fee will be charged for any missing items. * Please send us a quick message once you've checked out. We appreciate you leaving the condo in a respectful condition. If any excessive cleaning is needed, additional fees may apply.
