We are 1 of only 12 legal nightly rentals on the north shore of oahu. No 30 days minimum or weird contracts etc. Peace of mind when booking. We can host and handle large groups on our property of 10+ if needed. This is a 5 Bed & 3 bath unit located in the heart of the north shore in a small neighborhood on waimea bay. This unit features AC in all rooms, fast wifi, comfortable bedding, 85 inch entertainment tv, hot outdoor shower, 180 degree ocean views from top level & off street parking. Five minute walk to some of the islands most beautiful beaches. Large grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants all within 5-10 drive. All floors of the main house will be yours. Front yard & private parking, hot out door shower etc. We have 2 people who are available for communication throughout your stay, we are always here to keep you comfortable and happy! Incredible viewing point access directly in front of property that over looks waimea bay on a grassy cliff side. Often no body around and truly beautiful, check photos for this. *Regarding beach access, We sit next to Waimea Bay. There is a neat trail that goes out from our cul-de-sac and has the option to go up to a fabulous lookout over the bay where you can see turtles, dolphins, occasional whales and wonderful sunsets. It also has an option to go down towards the beach and if the there are no waves and the water is flat (mostly in the summer) then you can jump in the water from the rocks and swim a short distance to the beach, otherwise there is a local trail/pathway behind the house that the locals use to access the beach, we have timed this walk and it takes about 8 minutes. If you have never been to the North Shore one of the cool features is that there are so many beaches to visit so we encourage you to drive around and visit many of the nearby beaches that are literally minutes away, Sunset Beach, Banzai Pipeline, Turtle beach and Ali'i beach in nearby Haleiwa, as well as Sharks Coves on the other side of the bay for epic snorkeling. We have 2 designated parking spots in the gated parking as well as plenty of street parking available. This property requires the ability to use a ladder to access the top floor & to access the loft bed room. You are staying in the north shore on a tropical island it’s normal to see lizards, bugs & birds around. One bedroom is a loft. There is 2 airbnb units on this property, both private of each other. We have hosted people on our property for over 15 years, we are very easy going and are happy to help with anything needed. Aloha. The property manager lives in a back unit on the same property and is always available to help any request, sometimes there is a golden retriever on the property that runs around.
