The space Top of the Plum has a tremendous amount of living space featuring 4 living rooms, 3 decks and a yard with grass all across the street from the beach access. 4 bedrooms as well as 2 pull out sofas(one American Leather queen sofa bed in the top living room and one full sleeper sofa on the first floor) can sleep 12. Parking for 7 cars (6 in drive way, 1 in front of house), outdoor shower, gas grill, all cotton bedding, gas fire place, A/C, beach towels, chairs, cooler and umbrella all for your use. Our summer weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Air Bnb removed the setting that only allowed guest rental requests to fall within those check in and check out dates. We wanted to make anyone interested in renting aware that our check in date is Saturday and check out date is the following Saturday during the summer months.
