Welcome to our Louisiana themed mid century modern home. It is centrally located in the desirable neighborhood of South Broadmoor, Shreveport. Near several hospitals and universities, restaurants, and local attractions. Perfect for travel nurses, college students, medical professionals, families, and anyone who just so happens to find themselves in Shreveport, a city filled with great food, music, and culture. Come and see the history and unique blend of cultures for yourself :) The space This home is completely decked out with the most stylish. decor. ever. Think boho chic meets mid-century modern with Louisiana themed touches throughout. Many of the photos were made in Shreveport in the 1920s-1960s. Cozy up with some coffee or tea and read one of the many books written about Louisiana by Louisianians, or try your hand at cooking some of the best soul food and cajun/creole food from our recipe books. Like other parts of Louisiana, Shreveport has amazing food, music, festivals, gardens, art galleries, and mardi gras parades. Many travel here for casinos, travel nursing at one of the many hospitals, Barksdale Airforce Base, or to go to one of the 4 universities (We are walking distance to LSUS). It's a midcentury modern brick home in the desirable South Broadmoor neighborhood of Shreveport. All utilities included, plus wi-fi. Huge fenced backyard and patio to relax. Perfect for longer stays. Neighborhood is quiet and located near 3132 hwy, I20. I49 and popular Youree Dr. Home features keyless entry, full size laundry with new washer and dryer, fabric steamer, fully stocked kitchen, airfryer, different ways to make coffee, basket with snacks, basket with toiletries, stainless steel appliances, carport and private driveway parking. Now let's talk bedrooms. Bedroom 1 will have a king size memory foam mattress. It's basically like sleeping on a cloud, except cloudier. Bedroom 2 and 3 are furnished with a queen sized memory foam mattresses. There is also a crib size mattress available you can place on floor near the king, in case you have a little one who needs to sleep near you but you want them on their own mattress. All 3 bedrooms come with black out curtains and a 55 in smart screen tv. Bring your own logins. There are also charging station ports on end tables near each bed side and near couch in living room. The living room is equipped with a comfy mid-century modern sofa and 2 chairs with a 70 in smart tv. Boardgames and books to use at your pleasure. Dining room table seats 8. Master bathroom has a shower only and other bathroom is in hallway and has a shower/bath combo. As a reminder, smoking/vaping within 10 feet of the building is prohibited. Please take shoes off upon entering. No pets please. Guest access Guests have access to entire home and property except the supplies in the baskets and cabinets of laundry room, and shed in backyard which we use for personal storage.
