Other bedroom beds includes a Queen, and a fourth bedroom with two twin beds. The living room also includes a full-size sleeper sofa. -All beds are fitted with premium mattresses, high quality pillows, and extra blankets for ultimate comfort. -Hotel-grade towels and sheets. -A spacious living area, also equipped with AC and ceiling fans, including Smart TVs -High-speed fiber Internet. -A fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances and complete sets of cooking essentials. -A laundry area in the garage with a washer and dryer. -Beach essentials such as chairs, towels, and boogie boards. -A selection of family games stored in the closet for indoor fun. -Availability of a highchair upon request. -Parking for up to 4 vehicles: two in the garage and two on the driveway. Other things to note: -Access to the community clubhouse will be available from late 2023. -Construction activities within the community are ongoing and may continue during daytime work hours. -For guests traveling from out of town, please note that Kapolei, with amenities such as Costco, Target, and shopping malls, is 14 miles away. A rental car is recommended for convenient and timely travel. -A golf course is just a short ten-minute walk from our home, located near the guard shack.
