Our small efficiency unit is located steps from many popular restaurants, world-renowned hospitals, tourist attractions & universities. We're a 2 minute walk to the Fenwood Green Line Subway, 1 mile to Fenway Park, 0.4 miles to Longwood Medical & 0.4 miles to Harvard Medical School. We're less than a mile from Museum of Fine Arts & the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. Some of the cities best attractions are located 1-2 miles from us; Prudential, Boston Common, Newbury St, Chinatown & more! This compact gem offers all the essentials you need for a comfortable stay while exploring the vibrant surroundings. Step into the charming unit and discover a thoughtfully arranged space that maximizes every inch. A comfortable full size bed awaits you, providing a restful night's sleep after a day of urban adventures. The well-equipped kitchenette allows you to prepare light meals and snacks, making it easy to fuel up before heading out to explore the city's renowned dining scene. We provide coffee, sugar and an array of tea. You will be surrounded by the energy and excitement that only urban living can offer. Discover trendy cafes, eclectic boutiques, immerse yourself in the local culture, explore nearby landmarks, or simply wander the streets and soak up the urban atmosphere. We've taken care to provide all the essentials for your stay, including high-speed Wi-Fi, and a smart TV for entertainment. YouTube TV is provided but you will need your own accounts to log in to streaming apps. Linens and 2 bath towels and 2 face cloths are also provided. For longer stays over 5 days more towels can be requested if needed. During the hot summer months, we have an air conditioner to keep you cool. The heat is controlled by the building in the winter. We also provide a space heater. Parking- There is a Parking lot at 36 Wait St. You can go online to “spothero” and rent the parking spot through there. By far the easiest and a guest favorite. 2 min walk away There are also parking garage options close by. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment and the shared coin operated washer/dryer located in the basement in the building next to ours. Parking - There Is a parking garage at Mass Eye and Ear. The garage name Is LAZ Parking - the address is 800 Huntington Ave, Boston 02115. It is about 450 feet from our apartment. (PLEASE NOTE THIS GARAGE IS CLOSED ON WEEKENDS SO YOU CANNOT TAKE YOUR CAR OUT OF THE GARAGE. THIS WOULD BE AN OPTION FOR WEEKDAYS) There is also parking at 350 Longwood Ave, Boston - it is Pilgrim Parking Garage and is open 24/7 and weekends. It is about a 10 min walk from our apartment.
