The living room is the perfect place to unwind and stream your favorites or take advantage of the dedicated workspace. A large bedroom with a king bed is off the living room complete with a walk-in closet. Past the living room you'll find a large eat-in kitchen complete with granite counters and coffee bar. In the back of the apartment you'll find the second bedroom with a queen bed and lots of dresser space for clothes and other necessities. Guest access You'll have access to this entire apartment. Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. Other things to note *This is a second floor apartment of a multi-family historic home so there are stairs needed to access the unit and you may hear reasonable level sounds of other building residents during your stay. If there is ever any excessive noise we are always a quick call away to address this. * The coin-op Washer/Dryer is located in the basement • Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM. Check-out is 11:00 AM or earlier. No early check-in or late check outs • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM • Exterior Cameras present on front entrance of the building
