Stay in this wonderful three bedroom apartment with 1 free parking spot! Located on a quiet side street yet conveniently located in the heart of Washington Square. Tastefully decorated with a cozy living room, fully stocked kitchen, each bedroom having a queen bed, and a nice bathroom. Located in the heart of Washington Square you are a stone throw away from a wide selection of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and two blocks away from a super market. The space The apartment is on the first floor and only has one step up to get into the building. Once inside, you'll find a cozy living room, three large bedrooms with amply closet space, and a bathroom. The hallway will take you the fully stocked eat in kitchen. The place will have everything you need and more and will be ideal for your stay with friends and family. Guest access Guests will be free to enjoy the apartment to themselves. The laundry will be shared with the rest of the building and is coin operated. Please advise that the laundry will need to be accessed by going to the second floor and taking the back stairwell down to the basement. Other things to note There is absolutely no smoking allowed and parties will not be tolerated. If any guest is found doing either their reservation will be cancelled on the spot. Quiet hours are from 9pm to 7am. Please advise that there are different levels in this apartment requiring you to step up and down a matter of inches from room to room. Although there is an elevator in the building it is only a fixture and not one that can be used. Host will no be liable for guest parking in the wrong parking lot. This is an apartment in an apartment building; please be respectful of neighbors. Pet fee is $25 per night per pet.
