The space Use it as a one-bedroom with a top-floor office, or as a two-bedroom with added lounge space—perfect for remote workers, students, or visiting professionals. The main level includes a kitchen, dining space, and living room. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a queen bed and full bath. A spiral staircase leads to the upper-level bedroom with a full bed, desk, and TV. The finished lower level adds a half bath, another workspace, and a pull-out sleeper sofa. Please note: You’ll need to pass through the main bedroom and use spiral stairs to access the third-floor bedroom. All guests must maintain a primary residence elsewhere and agree to abide by house rules, maximum occupancy, and payment terms. No subletting or unauthorized guests. The contract will just outline the basic house rules. Parking is available in the private lot right next to the building. The cost of parking is $15/night. Please let us know if you will be needing a parking spot. Parking is at a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. Pack n' Play/ High top chair available upon request for $10/night. There is a $150 lost key fee and $100 lock out fee. Please be advised that should your stay extend beyond 28 days, there will be an adjustment in the cleaning fee. The exact amount of this increase will be communicated to you prior to confirmation of your reservation.
