The house is located a short drive, bike, or walk from Edgartown center, one of the nicest towns on the East Coast. In the property you will find an expansive well stocked kitchen ready for all your culinary needs. 3 beautiful bedrooms that sleep 6 along with the sun room being equipped with a queen sofa bed. The house boasts a large backyard with an outside grill, dining table on the full patio, and many places to relax. The space Beautiful well lit colonial style 3 bedroom house. The sun room doubles as a 4th bedroom with a queen sofa bed. The expansive kitchen comes fully equipped. Large backyard with a full porch and dining area. The house comes with everything you will need only ask that you bring your own linens as these are not provided unless asked for prior to rental dates. Washer and dryer are located on the first floor in the entrance way from the side door. Guest access The entire place is yours, including the shed that is equipped with beach toys, bikes, beach chairs and umbrella. The unfinished basement is being used as storage so it is asked to not enter the basement. Other things to note Linens are not provided unless arrangements are made for linen rentals from a local cleaners. I would be happy to facilitate linen rentals at an additional fee.
