This is a nice quiet home a few blocks from the hospital. The large front porch has a porch swing and patio furniture. I am focused on hosting long term female guests that are in the area for work. Women only as space is not private, and shared with me. I have 2 cats and 2 dogs - very friendly and love people. I also have a child - super sweet, quiet, and easy going. We are a quiet, respectful, and kind family. Please, absolutely no smoking. Your room has heat and air conditioning, along with a ceiling fan and overhead light. The bedroom is fully furnished and includes a bed, chair, folding table work space and dresser for your use. The bathroom has both a tub and a shower. You will have access to half of the vanity storage, and any linens you need. Please be aware the both the bedroom and bathroom are up a full flight of stairs. The first floor (including kitchen, dining room, living room, and laundry room) along with the guest bedroom and shared bathroom are available to guests. There is also a spacious front porch and lovely back patio to enjoy when the weather is nice. I work Monday-Friday during the day. I am home nights and generally on the weekends. I ask that guests are conscientious of noise between the hours of 9pm-6am. Quiet neighborhood walking distance from hospital. About a 5-7 minute drive from local grocery stores, many dine-in and carry-out restaurants, Walmart, Target, etc. The neighborhood is full of trees and charming, old homes. It is near walking paths, West Park, and West Park tennis courts. You can park on the street in front of the house and smaller cars can fit up by the garage. The driveway is a shared driveway, and needs to stay cleared so the neighbor can get in and out. Car recommended for most destinations. You can walk to the hospital, West Park, and the neighborhood walking paths.
