The space The Palisade Penthouse is a newly renovated 3 bed w/den, 2 full bath top floor unit in a historic walk-up building in the beautiful Jersey City Heights neighborhood. Walking distance to critically acclaimed restaurants, coffee shops, and a grocery store, everything you need is right here. If you’re looking further out, public transport is steps from the door. Check out the getting around section or guidebook for more information! The building entrance/stairwell is shared with unit 2, but you have your own front door with key pad into the unit. This unit is a third floor walk up. The unit features a fully renovated kitchen with island, with a sliding glass door to your own private patio with views of NYC. There is a full washer and dryer just off the kitchen, as well as a wine fridge. The living room/dining room features modern furnishings and a 55" inch smart TV. The primary bedroom features a queen size bed. The first secondary bedroom features a queen size bed. The third bedroom features a full size bed and a single bed. The den features a single bed with trundle pull out. The first bathroom has a walk in shower. The second bathroom features a soaking tub with shower. There are mirrors and outlets throughout the unit, as well as dressers in every bedroom. The den features a desk with monitor and keyboard in case you need to complete some work while you are visiting. One (1) gated, uncovered spot available upon request. SUV or smaller (RAV4, CRV, etc). Other things to note The building entrance and stairwell to the units have security cameras. There are no cameras in the unit. The building outside above the patio has a security camera. The cameras may be used to verify guest count and/or visitors. While the unit has been updated, this is an old building with old building quirks. The floors may not be level and the pipes are sensitive. Please be respectful of this beautiful place and throw anything other than toilet paper in the trash bins provided.
