Quiet Cape Cod location in East Harwich. We are minutes away from any needs you may have. Short drive in any direction will get you to the beach. Fully Equip kitchen. Four bedrooms plus a pull out couch, do we sleep 10 guests. We supply initial paper towels, toilet paper and all trash bags. PleaLiving area with a smart TV and WIFI. Central A/C and heat. Outdoor shower, grill, fire pit . The back yard is very private and fenced in for kids and pets. We also have a double stroller and 3 bikes. The space All spaces in our home and property are accessible to you. We have a garage but that holds all of the beach equipment for our guests . We sleep a total of 10. There is a pullout couch in the downstairs bedroom . Guest access Driveway fits 4 cars plus parking in the front on the grass to the right of the house. Do not park on the street as we are on a bend in the road . Other things to note We have equipped you with 7 boogie boards and beach toys and bags plus 7 beach chairs and 7 beach towels . No need to pack chairs in the car when traveling or purchase a $25 chair if coming by plane . 2 beach umbrellas. We also have clown game bean bag toss . Great family fun . There is also a chest freezer in the garage .
