Sometimes it’s quiet, other times expect to hear traffic from passing cars, foot traffic, and general night life. We're a 10-min walk to stunning NYC views of Liberty Skyline Park and a 7-10 min drive to mainstream shopping in Edgewater & Hoboken. This is the 2nd floor unit. The space has 2 formal bedrooms. We've converted the 3rd (primary bedroom) into a large 75" TV room with a Queen pull-out sofa. Guest access 2nd Floor Apt. You have access to “Apt 2” of the 2 unit building. LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS We take deep cleaning of our home very seriously for each guest. We have our cleaning team pre-scheduled to come immediately after your 11am check-out, as they need sufficient time to deep clean, complete laundry, and prepare the unit for the next guest who may be checking in on the same day of your checkout. They also immediately conduct a complete walk-through to confirm if anything was left behind, concerns, etc. All that said, we can rarely accommodate late check out requests. For instances where this is possible, we change $30 for each 1/2 hour, that must be requested and paid via the booking app, the day BEFORE your check out, as we aim to be considerate of our cleaners' schedules, and other BnB community members. The quickest way to get around for longer distance is via car or via sharing services like Lyft and Uber. We're an 18 min express bus ride to NYC; you may also take the the NJ LightRail to the Jersey PATH train to NYC.
