The Space Magnificent Panoramic Ocean & Mountain Views from the second floor—providing 1000 square feet of living space plus 700 more in covered deck [lower-level reserved for management — office, laundry and supplies, banana dehydrating; this is a quiet-zone whenever guests are present]. The cool breezy interior is so inviting and comfortable that some of our Guests have skipped their tours to stay home and experience the solitude, privacy and endless views. Guest are often amazed upon arrival when they are able to walk out onto the deck and view the ocean from all four corners of the house! The neighborhood is usually suited for taking walks anytime of the day or night.
