The home was lovingly renovated in 2019 to restore the original features and add all the modern amenities, it's farmhouse living at the beach. This house is perfect for 2 families or a small group. The space Oversized, bright gourmet kitchen looks out over yard with patio, grill, outdoor shower and bocce court. Several living spaces include formal living room, dining room and a tv room with a 65 inch tv, half bath and original fireplaces. The second floor has 3 bedrooms, full bath and washer/dryer. Master and guest room both have memory foam queen mattresses. Kids room has 2 twin beds with 2 twin trundles. Guest access Guest have access to the entire house minus attic and basement. Other things to note The Black Whale Farmhouse does not provide linens. You are welcome to bring your own or rent them from Linen Ladies.
