Quiet Addition to Suburb Ranch

Private quiet bedroom with one king size bed and sunny living room with small private bathroom. Separate private entrance in the back of a ranch house off driveway. This is a lovely clean space to sleep and rest. There is no kitchen sink, but we have mini fridge and microwave. Northampton has a lively commercial downtown area 4 miles from the property for entertainment and meals. We are within 2 miles from a bike path, 5 miles to hiking at Mt. Holyoke Range and close to all 5 colleges. The space The bedroom has a king size bed, and is very private, looking out onto yard and woods. The living room is sunny, spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is very small with stall shower but it is private as well as the entrance. There is no kitchen sink, only mini fridge and microwave. There are chickens in the backyard. Guest access Upon arrival park to the right of the garage, and you can walk around the back of the house and enter the addition through the sliding glass door that will be unlocked. There you will find a living room, and bedroom and bathroom for your use. There is a locked door in the hallway that divides the front of the house that I occupy from the back addition that is being offered to guests. You have private access to a guest living room, and bedroom and small bathroom. You may also use the table and chairs in the back patio. But we ask you not to use the space for smoking. I like to give my guest as much privacy as possible. So there is no need to check-in or out with me personally, you can communicate through text. Other things to note Please approach the house slowly, the neighbor's pit bull Molly is very friendly and sits in the middle of the street on occasion. She makes daily visits to my compost the back of the house, you may see her, have no fear she has a low growl and wiggles when she is happy which is always. Also please park on the right side of the garage. There is room for two cars, park one behind the other please. Also be aware we have chickens in a chicken coop in the far end of the backyard. Please make sure to take with you all food garbage that you bring, it helps to keep the space smelling neutral for next guests! Finally please remember that THIS IS NOT A HOTEL room. You are renting an addition to a house, the radiators make noise, as does the pellet stove when turned on. We are also living in the house. The bathroom is very small with stall shower. Treat your visit like you would staying at a relatives home who you know and respect.
