Guest access Guests have full access to the house. There are 2 owners closets that will be locked. Other things to note PLEASE READ: Guests will receive a personalized door code to access the house. The front door and back yard are monitored by video camera for security purposes. There are no cameras inside the house. There is parking for 5 cars MAX on the parking platform. No additional vehicles are allowed. PETS on approval and for an additional $50 cleaning fee. NO MOTORBOAT USE OR ACCESS. This is a private lake that requires special certification and approval of all water vehicles. Paddleboards, kayaks and floats included but no motorized boating permitted. Paddleboarding & kayaking permitted ONLY AROUND LAKE PERIMETER. Do not attempt to cross the lake or you will be turned back by the boat patrol. This is for everyone's safety. No outside watercraft allowed on the lake. This is to protect the ecosystem so guests are not permitted to bring their own paddleboards / kayaks.
