First floor guest room also includes en suite! 2 Smart TVs - living room & primary bedroom - with Apple TV+, Netflix, HBO Max and others. Sound System via Sonos (Alexa enabled) Children’s bunk room features 2 double beds that each have a pull out twin trundle. Game room in unfinished basement with foosball, Skeeball, pinball machine, Classic Arcade Table, ping pong & pool tables. Large trampoline in front yard. Guest access Guests have full access to the house. There are 2 owners closets that will be locked. Other things to note Guests will receive a personalized door code to access the house. The front door and back yard are monitored by video camera for security purposes. There are no cameras inside the house. PETS on approval and for an additional $50 cleaning fee. NO MOTORBOAT USE OR ACCESS. This is a private lake that requires special certification and approval of all water vehicles.
