This house rental has 2 full bathrooms (with a tub in the primary suite bathroom), but most prefer to bathe alfresco in the 'hot & cold' outdoor shower. The rear yard has swings for the children and a gas-grill and spacious deck for parents to relax nearby. This rent-by-owner house is set back from a quiet street and just a short walk from Old Silver Beach, which is great for children, with soft sand (no rocks), shallow tide pools to explore, toilets, showers, and a snack bar (but you can walk home for lunch). For those registered on the signed Rental Agreement, your visit also includes use of the private section of Old Silver Beach, which is a 15-minute walk along private roads, and although it lacks the snack bar and pubic toilets, shower, and parking, it is more exclusive.
