Other things to note Strict No-Pet Policy: Due to the owner's severe COPD, asthma, and allergies, we cannot accommodate pets of any kind, including reptiles. This policy is strictly enforced to maintain a safe environment, and we appreciate your understanding. Climate Control: The bedroom is equipped with a window A/C unit and a ceiling fan for your comfort. The kitchen also has a ceiling fan. Please note that the window A/C unit is only installed during the warmer months and is removed during the late fall and winter. Standing fans are provided for the other living areas.
