Guest access Smart Lock, so check in anytime after 3pm and no key to carry/keep track of! The studio is Seasonal, so it is open for guests from a Thursday May 21, 2026 check in to a Wednesday, October 7, 2026 check out. Condo association rules: NO PETS, no parties, no smoking. My unit is only suitable for 2 adults, age 21 or over. Thank You! Other things to note I use a professional Turnover crew to clean and do laundry after each check out. As is normal, guests do pay additional cost of cleaning, which I have Discounted. As a thank you gift, I pay part of the turnover fee out of my pocket. The crew examines for any missing or damaged property, which per Air BnB policy the guest is charged for.
