To make beach days effortless, we’ve stocked the condo with boogie boards, snorkel gear, Tommy Bahama chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, and coolers. This beautiful beachfront condo offers a recently remodeled brand new kitchen with new appliances. Everything in this condo is new, including all furniture, kitchen supplies, towels & linen. We offer High-Speed internet for your convenience. Condo has central AC as well as portable AC unit in the bedroom. Other building amenities include a pool, jacuzzi hot tub, BBQs, tennis courts, Ping-Pong table, gated parking & overnight security. Guest access Access to the building is through a secure gate. You can press the button and the security guard will open the gate for you. There is plenty of parking and you can park in any available spot - Parking is Free :) You are required to register your vehicle with the security desk in the front lobby and leave the registration paper on your front dash. You will be sent a code via Airbnb messages to access the front door of the condo. Inside the condo, you will find 2 fobs hanging on the right side of the door. These fobs will allow you access to all property gates, the elevators, and the pool. PLEASE don't lose your fobs & ensure they are left at the same locaiton next to the front door when you are checking out. There is a $100 replacement charge for lost fobs. Other things to note Distance from HNL airport is around 45 minutes depending on the time of day and traffic conditions. We suggest stopping at Kapolei on your way (exit 1 on Hwy H1 West). Distance from Kapolei is around 25 minutes. Kapolei offers an assortment of food & grocery shopping options for your convenience. (ie. Costco & Safeway). Distance from Ko'Olina resort is around 20 minutes. You can visit Ko'Olina during your stay and enjoy the beautiful scenery, man-made coves perfect for enjoying shallow waters, and a great selection of restaurants.
