The space Our home is located close to north bay, the Bay Street boat ramp and access to an association owned beach area (not for swimming due to boats). In the other direction, it is an easy walk into Osterville Village. We provide a beach pass for the Barnstable beaches. Dowse’s Beach is a three minute drive or a nice bike ride. The house is a three generation family home filled with memories for us. Osterville is mid-Cape and a short drive from Hyannis. Guest access The entire house and garden are leased to the guests except for one room locked off in the basement and a closet in the master bedroom. We provide a Barnstable Recreation Parking Permit for guest use. There is a 300.00 replacement fee. Other things to note In summer, we have a one week minimal rental requirement. The rest of the year, guests may stay for for less than the week but we have a minimal rental of 1950.00 to book. Please check with us.
