This studio condo is located in the heart of Waikiki, just steps from restaurants and shopping. We are in a safe, convenient area with a city bus stop across the street. Waikiki beach is less than a 5-minute walk. The condo has a full kitchen and offers all the comforts in a homey environment. Parking garage height clearance is 6'2 The space Our studio condo in the Marine Surf is 450 square feet including the lanai. The bathroom is tub and shower both. The kitchen is furnished with a full size refrigerator with ice maker, full range with oven, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker and all pots, pans and utensils. A cooler, beach chairs and beach towels are available for your convenience. To ensure guests complete privacy and security, we do not offer housekeeping services during guest stays. A professional cleaning of the property is done between each guest, along with stocking of linens, towels, and a starter supply of amenities are provided. We are privately owned units, please do not turn in towels, beach towels, sheets, or any other items to a front desk or housekeeping staff as they do not service our units Due to our location being super central, we are located in the “heart of all the action” in Waikiki. Expect to hear typical noise of city traffic (cars/buses/sirens) We understand not all guests are used to these conditions and we want you to be as comfortable as possible. If you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, we are happy to provide a sound machine and/or earplugs- please request at any point before or during your stay. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a link to a "boarding pass" which outlines guidebooks, check in steps, and links to trip planning resources. Guest access Guests have access to the entire private studio including their own bathroom, full kitchen and private balcony as well as all common amenities such as swimming pool, sun deck, lobby, laundry room as well as the restaurant and bar located on the ground floor. Other things to note ATTENTION! Please be advised that starting October 27th, 2025 the building will begin an exterior concrete repair and painting project. During this project, guests can expect noisy work (drilling & hammering) occurring Monday-Friday, from 8am-4:30pm. Safety measures will be in place, but some degree of dust and vibrations are unavoidable depending on the area being worked on. The building pool and sundeck will be closed for the duration of this project, and for segments of the project, each unit’s lanai will be inaccessible. This project is expected to last 6-12 months. For this inconvenience, our daily rate has already been reduced. Insects, “pests”, geckos, and anything else of such nature are a valuable part of our ecosystem. Just like any other host, or hotel, we routinely treat for household insects, while it is rare to see such inside, it is always a possibility given our environment. This is especially the case if food, trash, or dirty dishes are left out. Please understand that they are naturally occurring and do not reflect upon the cleanliness of the unit.
