The Art Experience

The Art House at the Ellison Building was built in 1878. This unit was renovated in 2004 and 2022. It is walking distance to both Freeman lake beach and also a boat launch for the Merrimack River. It's situated between Lowell and Nashua NH. 40 minute drive to Boston or Manchester. This 2 bedroom condo was renovated by artist/architect Daniel Forcier. All of the artwork hanging is for sale and Daniel has his art studio on site where classes are available for the complete art experience. The space This space was custom designed and build by artist/architect Daniel Forcier. It has multiple stained glass windows and many custom build ins. it's a very unique space in a building over 150 years old. Guest access 5 minute walk to the beach and park at Freeman lake. It has a brand new playground, basketball, tennis and pickleball courts. Minutes from downtown lowell and nashua NH Other things to note Private and / or group art classes are available for a separate cost. I have a private art studio located at the property.
