Home has dock access so you can bring your boat and tie it up. Enjoy the paddle boat with the property or swim right off your private dock/beach. Short distance to Point Breeze restaurant and all other restaurants in Webster. Home has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. The space Enjoy this beautiful newly renovated cottage located right on Webster Lake. Webster Lake is a large 2.253 sq. mile lake. The lake is home to 3 drive up restaurants/bar. There is a gas dock for fuel convenience as well. Enjoy the beautiful views from outside under the covered patio, outdoor table by the lake or from inside on the couch looking out the sliding door. Webster is centrally located to 3 major New England cities. 1 hour to Boston, 45 minutes to Providence, and 1 hour to Hartford The cottage does come equipped with a dock. Bring your boat and tie it right up. The cottage was built and 1945 and was just redone this year. Enjoy all new flooring throughout. A recently renovated and fully equipped kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms. One private room equipped with a queen mattress. The second room is the bunk room which comes with 2 twin beds and a full size mattress. The couch also turns into a full size sleeper as well. 8 guest can sleep comfortably. There is also a huge screened in covered porch on the lakeside with a large dining table. A table outside on the grass by the water with an umbrella and chairs is available as well. There is a new grill with propane available (we ask that if one of the tanks runs out please let us know). We also have a paddleboat and some lake toys for use. We ask that at night and in the event of a storm that you make sure these are secure. We do ask that all children wear a life jacket when in the water or on the toys.
