Hayden's Hideout

Hayden's Hideout apartment is just two blocks from the river on Schiller Street and within walking distance of everything you need in downtown Guttenberg! Completely overhauled in 2020 with central air, furnace and fiber internet from Alpine Communications. Fully furnished private bathroom and kitchen. Adults only, no pets and no smoking. Conveniently located 150 feet from the Guttenberg Brewing Company where they are now serving food! Including food trucks every Thursday and Saturday! The space Hayden's Hideout is the east apartment in our building known as 1879 Schiller. It has its own entrance, bathroom and kitchen. It is NOT a shared space with the apartment on the west side known as Das Gute Leben that will be opening in June! We have a fully furnished kitchen that includes a gas stove, 65 inch "smart tv" that can easily be connected to whatever streaming service you use, a dedicated work space including a desk and really fast internet powered by Alpine Communications. Please be aware that if you use the pullout couches in the living room that the only bathroom is accessible through the only bedroom so it can get a little "cozy". Guest access On the day of your arrival we will send you a key code for an easy entrance into the apartment! Other things to note It's Farmers Market season in Guttenberg! Every Saturday walk over to 7 Schiller Street for fresh produce from Phelps Farm or checkout the vendors on River Park Drive! We are also located a block away from a Blink charging station and within close walking distance of Anytime Fitness, Dollar General, laundromat, grocery store, convenience store, Divine Current Wellness Spa and many more. New in 2024 we have "Derailled" Coffee House at the end of Schiller towards the highway! And don't forget about the Guttenberg Brewing Company! Only 150 feet away!!!!
