Our very private home is ideal for family & friends entertainment, thanks to our large, fully appointed kitchen & oceanfront lawn, complete with 8 tiki torches. All while being centrally located 10 minutes to Kahala and 5 minutes to Hawaii Kai!! Take a refreshing swim in your private pool and spa, or enjoy a glass of your favorite spirit on the upper veranda while watching the gorgeous sunset. Easy unobstructed ocean access allows you to launch the kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, go swimming, surfing or fishing. The evening hours bring endless ambiance with the 8 tiki torches. Gather the whole family together around the over-sized kitchen bar area to create a culinary feast. This home also features a separate guest house that makes a perfect 'man cave' for entertainment and sports. With a total of 6 bedrooms and 6.5 baths, there is room for accommodating extended family. Other things to note This property will be reserved for your exclusive use for a period of 30 days, regardless of your actual occupancy/length of stay. We do have Ring Cameras installed outside, for the safety and security of our family and our guests. There are no active cameras inside our home. We will soon update our photos, as we have made several enhancements to our property, including a new sea wall, to protect our property from King Tides. We also added two German-engineered large umbrellas along the oceanfront pad, which we only open for events. We typically have high winds, so we must keep them closed for safety reasons. Our updated photos, coming soon, will reflect these changes. For 30+ day rentals, we request at least 2 midstay cleanings ($500 each), timing tbd, depending on your needs. We lowered our 30 day price to accommodate the Airbnb platform, so additional cleaning fees are not possible to display due to their formula.
