Cute and clean private access in-law rental

Cozy, clean and private! We offer a fully stocked in-law space on the ground floor of our home on a dead-end road. Full kitchen and bath. All flooring updated January 2024. New couch as of June 2024. The space Hello and thank you for considering our listing! We are located in a quiet northern Massachusetts town on the Rhode Island border. The Blackstone River Greenway (walking/bike path) and Blackstone Gorge (hiking) are just a few minutes away. The apartment is small but has everything you'll need for a comfortable stay such as: queen size bed, Roku TVs in bedroom and living room, fully stocked kitchen, fully stocked bathroom (tub/shower), washer/dryer, couch, and a desk. Please consider us for a remote workspace, WiFi is excellent. Private entrance with door passcode - come & go as you please! A walk of approx. 25' over crushed stone is necessary to access the entrance. Lastly, the space receives indirect sunlight since it is north-facing. Coffee and tea are provided. Towels, bedding and kitchen supplies (plates, pans, glasses, utensils, etc.) are supplied. Full sized fridge, microwave and stove. We take cleaning seriously! Rugs are regularly cleaned and the entire apartment is sanitized prior to each visit. Guest access The apartment is located in the basement of our home (a yellow Colonial). You'll find the apartment door at the back of the house after walking under the entire length of the deck (approx. 25', crushed stone). The entrance is locked and private, with a unique passcode provided on the morning of your reservation. Parking is at the bottom of the driveway on the crushed stone. Other things to note Since our living space is above the apartment you may hear 'normal living sounds' such as talking, footsteps (three adults) or the garage door. I work from home, so I'm typically available in person for any questions or concerns.
