Two bedroom open concept guest house. Approximately 950 square feet. Located between Iowa City and Cedar Rapids, 5 minutes from Sandy Beach Campground and 20 minutes from Cedar Rapids Airport. Amenities include; full kitchen including dishwasher, washer and dryer, fireplace, surround sound theater setup, wireless internet, HD TV with all movie channels, gas grill and patio furniture. Fire pit available upon request. Plenty of wildlife to be seen, to include deer, wild turkeys and many birds. Foot path (-50 yards) down to Coralville Reservoir. Feel free to bring fishing poles!! We do clean thoroughly and we don’t charge any cleaning fees. Notes: Please don’t book to hold a party. Inviting a few guests over is fine but please limit max number of vehicles to 3.
